Roasted Honey-Soy Pork Tenderloin

Roasted Honey-Soy Pork Tenderloin

This honey-soy pork tenderloin takes only about 15 minutes of hands on time to prepare and it is really simple and good.

I made this as part of a multi-course Asian dinner for my kids and grandkids. We served this with Chinese take-out style spare ribs, stir fried vegetables, orange chicken, and steamed rice. All at the request of the kids.

Well... maybe the kids didn't request the vegetables....

Roasted Honey-Soy Pork Tenderloin

While doing the stir fry high wire act, it was so nice to have something so easy roasting in the oven. These days, pork is so lean. With this marinade, you will have lovely moist slices of Asian flavored no hassle tenderloin. If you have any leftovers, it's great added to fried rice.
